Dinosaur Jr. Boston Concert reviews
Once in a life time upgrade
1. "For my wife's Christmas gift, I bought tickets and it turned out to be much more.
2. At the top of the arena, I had tickets 5 rows.
3. You were able to text to Dinosaur Jr. on a special number at the beginning of the show and text a note which would be displayed on the 2 projection screens on the sides of the stage.
4. With each text, there was an entry to win front row tickets to see Dinosaur Jr. Just for laughs, we each sent 1 since we do not have a text plan, so it cost a little more for us to do so.
5. Each of us saw our text note on the screens and thought that it would be cool but odds are great.
6. During the break, well in a 10,000 seat arena and our 2 text entries somehow my wife's was chosen! What are the odds!!
7. She went crazy!! We had to find a guy on the concourse to get our tickets like the congrats text she had gotten saying she had won.
8. We found him and got our tix and got our front row seats.
9. At one point, Dinosaur Jr. flew over the audience on a blue moon to the middle of the arena and sang 2 songs.
10. During their 3rd song, they walked back to the stage singing and went right by us since we had aisle seats.
11. It was great. My wife was able to reach up at the end and hold hands briefly with Dinosaur Jr. My wife was in heaven.
12. I got to see Trace Adkins and she got to see her favorite singer up close in person thanks to one text out of 10,000 people!"
